I went to Dr. Treat for my shoulder which was torn up pretty bad. He performed a reverse total shoulder surgery on me and the results are far better than I imagined. I couldn’t be more pleased with the work he did. I would recommend him to anyone!!

Dr. Treat performed my carpal tunnel release surgery on both hands. Couldn't have asked for a better physician!! I opted to have both hands done the same day, don't regret it one bit! I would totally recommend Dr. Treat! He and his staff are wonderful!! The staff are very friendly, courteous, and punctual! If anyone is possibly looking at Dr. Treat as a possible doctor, don't hesitate to pull the trigger! You won't regret it!

Dr. Treat was actually my second surgeon for a tumor on my wrist that had been removed by another surgeon only a month prior. Following surgery, the tumor reappeared oozing, bleeding and as an open wound. The surgeons staff suggested I go to Urgent Care if i was concerned about it (they had no availibility for one of their patients, who was a month post op with complications). I called my PCP and he personally called Dr. Treat where I was seen within four days and scheduled for surgery to remove the tumor again. Not only is Dr. Treat an excellant surgeon he has a great bedside manner. He gave me his cell number, called and checked on me and made sure my family was comfortable with my treatment and spent time answering all their questions and concerns. Follow up care was provided as it should have been and I have minimal scaring for two surgeries in the exactly the same place. I will definaley use Dr. Treat again and I have already reccommended him to family and friends.

Dr Treat is a knowledgeable physician and has a great rapport with his patients.

I went to Dr Treat for a shoulder replacement. I immediately liked him the minute he walked in the room. He was very professional plus he treated me like I was his only priority. He explained what he would be doing during the surgery. He even gave me his personal cell phone number in case I needed to call him. He is a very nice young man. Since I had an unpleasant experience with a previous doctor I was more than pleased that Dr Treat did my surgery. I would highly recommend him.

I would like to thank Dr Treat for everything he has done for me. I had problems with my shoulder for almost a year and within a few days he had repaired my shoulder and has been great with the follow ups. I am on my way to a complete recovery. I have had nothing but complete satisfaction from him and his staff, along with everyone associated with Utica Park Clinics. My visits have been follow-up from an emergency surgery due to a dog bite. Dr. Treat has always explained what’s going on in easy to understand ways. The surgery itself was excellent, with no issues. Wait time in his office have been extremely short, his nurse and PA have also given great care. Best surgery and follow up I’ve ever had!

Chris Treat and the entire team were friendly and accommodating. This was my first surgery and they made it as comfortable as possible. If I have to have a surgery again, I want it to be as good as this experience.

Never really want to go to a Doctor's office but I have had multiple visits to Utica Park Orthopedic Center. Each time the staff and doctors project professionalism, confidence and compassion. Doctor Treat always discusses my condition in terminology I understand, then discuses treatment options (pros and cons for each). He then gives his recomendations but ultimately its my call. Great Team, would recommend to everybody for Orthopedic care.

5 Star Surgeon here for sure! Dr. Christopher Treat operated on my teenage son, and treated me as well. His bedside manner is excellent and he has a way with kids. I am impressed with his balance of compassion, diligence and efficiency. His office works around my busy schedule and strives to make things as easy for me as possible. He did an incredible job on my sons clavicle surgery. Having 30 years experience working in surgery myself (surgical assistant), I HIGHLY recommend Dr Treat.

Thank you, Dr. Christopher Treat for giving me the use of my shoulder back!! I saw Dr. Treat about two years ago when I reinjured my shoulder. The original injury was from a vehicle accident in July 1978. Dr. Treat was conservative in his approach to treating my shoulder saying, "You will tell me when it is time for surgery." He treated the condition with injections twice several months apart. In early December 2020, I told him I was ready for surgery; and, he did the surgery on December 15, 2020. He did a reverse shoulder joint replacement; and, I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I have been diligent with the exercises; and, I had rehabilitation for three weeks. Yesterday, I thought it was time to give my new shoulder a practical test. I replaced the tensioner pully on my riding lawn mower which required briefly using my 3/8" air impact gun. Carefully, of course. My new shoulder performed perfectly. Yes, I can afford to have my lawn mowed; but, then what would I do?

I was very lucky to find Dr. Treat. He did a reverse shoulder replacement for me. He did an outstanding job! 90 days out, I am playing golf and have full use of my shoulder. My shoulder is as good as it has ever been. This guy is excellent. If you have shoulder or hand problems, give Dr. Treat a call. You won't be disappointed!

When my 83 year old mother fell and broke both wrists, we were blessed to find Dr Treat at Hillcrest South. His encouraging demeanor instantly put us both at ease in a very stressful situation. He performed surgery on both wrists the very next day, when we were expecting to have to wait for the weekend to pass. One wrist was a very complicated repair, but Dr. Treat's staff kept me informed throughout the procedure. She is two weeks out, and is recovering beautifully with very little pain. His office staff was amazing, and very efficient. We feel blessed that Dr. Treat was available to treat my mom, and are hopeful that she will make a full recovery.

Dr. Treat is truly the best! Another doctor did elbow surgery on me and when I woke up from that surgery, my hand would not work. That same doctor proceeded to tell me on multiple occasions that my hand would never work again. But he wouldn't/couldn't tell me why...so when I went to Dr. Treat I was desperate to get my hand fixed. I'm only 40 and that is too young to lose function of your hand for no good reason. Dr. Treat was very reassuring and honest with me. Took me to surgery soon after my first consult. Woke me up during surgery and had me move my hand....IT WORKED!!! When looking for a doctor, Dr. Treat has it all....extremely intelligent, great personality (some of the smart ones do not have this), shows compassion and desires to help everyone he meets!

I've had shoulder problems for a long time. I really need a shoulder replacement. But I'm still a young 54 year old man. Dr. Treat said I can save your shoulder at least another 10 years. Dr. I want to thank you so much. I feel really great again. It's been so long. I had big 2 inch rocks in my shoulder. I think I'm good at least 20 more years. Thanks again Doc. You saved me.

I had both carpal tunnel and cubital tunnel release on both arms by this guy. Amazing doctor! The first time I met him he was super confident in his work. I really liked that. He was level headed, down to earth, and a really personable guy. I will recommend him to anyone! I have a feeling my knees won't be the best later in life, and I know who I'm going with.

Dr Treat fixed my right shoulder, I recommend anyone that needs shoulder work dine to have him do their surgery! He has great bedside manners and is a very understanding Dr. If I ever need anything done to my left shoulder or even right one he will be the only Dr I will go to!!

Dr. Treat is a very knowledgeable and caring person. He explained what my plan of treatment would be from start to finish. He took his time explaining exactly what he would do and how he would do it and the timeframes involved. His bedside manner is excellent and his staff was competent and caring. The surgery went great. I had open reduction internal fixation right elbow olecranon fracture and closed treatment of radial head fracture. My recovery could not have been any better. It has been 9 weeks and my arm is healed. I have almost full extension of my elbow and very little pain. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I highly recommend Dr Treat as a surgeon. He immediately recognized the issue I was having which required surgery to correct. He explained thoroughly what was causing the symptoms, and how he recommended a carpal tunnel release surgery to correct. He explained the procedure as well as other options. I had the surgery on both hands at the same time and everything went as he said. I was uncomfortable the first couple of days and have had very little to no pain since. It has been two weeks since operation and still no issues. Dr Treat is friendly, professional, and came across as genuinely caring.

It was my son's last visit with Dr. Treat yesterday. We were sad because this doctor is amazing--He is caring, friendly, respectful, an expert in his field, will talk to you, answer questions and is interested in your health. It was a blessing to have him treat my 43-year-old son who almost died from an infection he did not know he had. Dr. Treat is extremely knowledgeable and wants the best for you. I can't say enough about how privileged we were to have this physician. He gives options and tells you what he would do if it was his brother and supports any and all decisions you make. He is willing to listen to you and your wishes. He wants the best treatment for you and his demeanor is always professional and kind. He is a very busy physician, but you do not feel rushed when he sees you in the hospital or office. If there were a hundred stars I could give for Dr. Treat, they would not be enough to adequately equate to this surgeon being in your corner and the best there is.

Great bedside manner. Friendly and cheerful, Dr. Treat makes you feel safe and relaxed as you discuss your condition and treatment. He performed my surgery with wonderful physical results, and I had no pain at all. I will be going back to Dr. Treat to take care of my other hand in just a few weeks. Excellent physician! Great bedside manner. Explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I chose Dr Treat to do my carpal tunnel surgery on both hands, and right elbow all in one surgery. Minimal pain, two weeks later and I’m good to go!! Highly recommend.

Every visit has been amazing. A doctor that listens... and cares about his patients. He doesn’t herd you like cattle. When he is with you, he “treats” you like you are the only patient he has. Amazing man! Amazing doctor!

Dr. Treat performed carpal tunnel surgery with a flawless process from the initial visit to the follow-up. I had the procedure done on the other hand about 5 years ago. That procedure was successful, but the recovery was about 5 weeks and involved a large incision on my hand. Dr. Treat’s procedure was simple small and I was able to use my hand the next day (with limited weight and pressure). I have full use in less than 3 weeks. Dr. Treat is also a very personal, pleasant, and professional. Highly recommend!

I am a senior citizen and I went to Dr. treat for my broken arm and wrist, from the moment I walked in to his office, I was treated with such respect and concern. He intently listened to my every word and acted as though he had all day just to talk to me. After his treatment, my arm is perfect now and I would highly recommend him to anybody.

Dr. Treat made me feel comfortable the moment we first talked. I could tell that he was genuinely concerned about my injury. I met Dr. Treat at his office at 8 am. After a through exam and evaluation and a detailed explanation to me I was scheduled for surgery immediately. My hand was successfully operated on. My rehab may take awhile but if for any reason I need further care Dr. Treat will be there.

Dr Treat is very knowledgeable. Even though my MRI showed minimum damage there was allot damage when he operated. Torn ligaments, bicep muscle and bursitis on my collarbone that needed to be scraped off. He completed all of the surgery and I am able to now use my right arm. He was very professional, great bedside manner, and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Christopher Treat yesterday thinking I would be making an appointment for surgery to repair a torn rotator cuff. Dr. Treat listened patiently as I gave him a brief history of this old injury. He then explained on the MRI why I am not a candidate for this particular surgery. He suggested first treating with cortisone injections saying he has good results with this treatment. I felt relief almost immediately. He was genuinely interested in me as a patient. I will see him again.

I had a wonderful experience. I was very nervous about having shoulder surgery. Dr. Treat, Ashley Hilliker PA, and the rest of the staff were amazing.

Dr. Treat is simply Amazing has done a debridement and cleaned my tendons on my index finger very caring and takes time to explain what my situation had come to. Explained things very thoroughly and shows true concern for healing me and is an Awesome Dr. I highly recommend him. His office staff and nurses are equally Awesome.

I cannot say enough about this man! Probably the BEST Orthopedic Doctor I have had the pleasure of doing business with. You can ask your friends who they used, but I bet their doctor didn’t have the professionalism and bedside manner Dr. Treat has. You can’t go wrong with him...
